Have you received my payment?

Homeowners should be directed to contact their bank to see if the check has cleared. If the check has cleared but you do not show receipt of payment, provide Legacy Southwest with a copy of the front & back of the Homeowner’s check for further research.
Am I able to make a payment by phone?

No, we do not accept payments over the phone.
Why did I receive a late fee?

Please contact Legacy Southwest, as they can provide payment balances or late fee information.
Can I make my payment at a Veritex Bank?

No, banks will not accept your payments at the bank locations.
I inadvertently paid more than I should have. How do I get a refund?

Please contact Legacy Southwest at 214-705-1615.
Where should I mail my payment?
You will be receiving new payment coupons in the mail. The new address for mailing payments accompanied by a coupon is listed below. When writing your check, please make sure to make it payable to your Association and include your account number on the memo line.
