Important Notice: July Assessment Billing Error

Please be advised that an error occurred with the July statements for the second portion of your semi-annual assessment. The July 1st statements were not mailed as intended, which resulted in many homeowners receiving collection letters due to the payment not being reflected on their account.

We sincerely apologize for this error. If you received a collection letter regarding the July 1st assessment, please disregard it. The second portion of the semi-annual assessment in the amount of $300 is still due and payable at this time.

Accounting is currently rectifying this issue and will remove any late fees or charges that were applied in error as a result of the July 1st statement oversight. Please note that any fees or balances on your account that pre-date this error will remain.
