Pool Update

The board has executed an agreement with a professional pool monitoring company for the Creekshaw pool facility. This step has been taken to enhance safety, ensure proper usage of our amenities, and maintain compliance with community rules and regulations.

The selected company, S.A.F. Guard, will be responsible for overseeing the pool area during designated hours. Their duties will include:

• Checking for valid resident access
• Enforcing posted pool rules
• Reporting maintenance issues or safety concerns
• Assisting with emergency protocols if necessary

Please note that the pool monitor is not a lifeguard and is not trained or responsible for supervising swimmers. Residents and their guests are solely responsible for their own safety while using the pool. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. We strongly encourage all residents to remain vigilant and exercise proper swimming safety.

The contract will begin this Saturday, June 14th, and their staff will be present at the pool through September 1st on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, and additionally July 4th and Labor Day. This measure is intended to support a safer, cleaner, and more enjoyable experience for all residents and their guests and to protect the integrity of the amenity complex. We appreciate your cooperation with the monitoring company and hope you will welcome their presence at the facility.
