Friendly Reminder About Pets

Published: December 09, 2025

Just a friendly reminder about pets in the community, especially in relation to any aggressive behavior that may occur.

Community Expectations for Pets

To help keep Creekshaw safe and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask all pet owners to follow these expectations:
• Pets should be properly leashed or secured when outdoors.
• Owners should maintain full control of their pets at all times.
• Please ensure pets are not left unattended in areas where they may pose a risk or disturbance.
• All pets should be treated responsibly, including preventing aggressive behavior toward neighbors, guests, or other animals.

Reporting Concerns:

If you witness any concerning or aggressive behavior, please document the details, such as the date, time, and a brief description of what occurred. While you’re always welcome to reach out to management, the most effective course of action is to contact Royse City Animal Control at 972-524-4709, as they are equipped to respond directly to these situations.

Management is here to support you and appreciates being informed of ongoing concerns; however, Animal Control will be the primary resource for handling aggressive pet issues.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us keep Creekshaw a safe, respectful, and comfortable community for everyone.
